I am mentioning this due to the fact. While attending several events it not only throws the DJ off his mix but you loose the energy of the mix and crowd. After a while it gets to the point you just want to shut the microphone off especially when all you hear is feedback.
I agree. Especially if the mic sucks and you can't even make out what the MC said. That's pretty irritating. It's best to have the MC speak in between sets. Like going from Hip Hop to Disco.
so ture, music bumping non stop , then the mc starts talking and kills the vibe, or right in the middle of a mix and f**ks you up , stright non-stop music please !!

How you doing ? It really is frustrating when the MC talks during a Mix. Karen, do you DJ cause if you do why don't we go round robin. You play a song than I and so on. what do you think?
I would love to teach you how to spin. When you get a chance come down to the Quiet Cannon on a Friday from 4-8PM or I was going to ask Danny if I could come over his pad and bring my Mixer and CD units to try out his final scratch unit.
