22 years ago I sat in a studio not knowing where I was going to go with this song that Tony and I were recording. ( My forbidden Lover )
At that time I was I guess you can say a dreamer.
Three months later a limo came to my street to pick me up, on my street limos only came for weddings and funerals.
I got into the limo and 5 minutes later the driver showed up in tears,I asked him why are you crying,he said your mother made me cry, she has know idea where you are going and she wants you to call her when you land in Holland.
Guess what I didn't even know where I was going!!!!!!!
15 days later I get back to Toronto.
I get a call from a guy from Mexico and he tells me can your guys come down to Mexico.
We arrive in Mexico, the next day I step into a crowd of 35000 people and it's only Tapps doing a show.
Guess what!!!!
L.A. called next
I get to L.A. and once again don't know where I am going (mom still crying and the limo driver as well)
Tapps has always and will till the day we die and we will never die, you have made sure that never happens, and this is from the heart, we owe the people who have taken money from their pockets to make sure that not only that Tapps and other groups remain alive, but more important that your memories are shared with others.

Allan...thank you so much for sharing so much of yourself to us! Your music is legendary in the Disco realm and has given me so many fond memories of having fun and dancing and even singing along to your music! That must have been exciting yet scary (especially for your mom) to not know where you were going but I'm sure it was a fun ride! As Rudy said in his post, you have my fondest respect and admiration!
