I wont mention names but to people decided to use that partcular post as a way to put their two cents in and pick a unnecessary and uncalled for argument with Blondie.One of the persons involved has a history the other one just follows her lead for reasons unknown.I normally choose to stay out of things cause I dont like to stoop to someones level but this time it was an exception.There is a little sick girl who needed some prayers and for someone to respond in a immature way to that post really sickens me.I had a 4 year old niece who died of leukemia 30 years ago so it kind of affected me.

They deleted evrything out of respect to the parties involved and thats a good thing.Next time I wont respond to those postings and I will recommend the same to blondie.

Again,I know that your intentions were good,as far as getting along,i learned to choose who i associate with and I choose my friends carefully.i dont remember disco being like this 20 something years ago but unfortunatly,times have changed.

hi Joe, and Irma.....all has calmed down now....hopefully things will rerurn to normal.... I'm just puzzled because they deleated Joe's post.....he had nothing to do with anything....I had only put my post in regard to being humble, counting blessings and also about prayer for the little girl and a few other things related to being good human beings....than all "hell" broke lose......Joe had nothing to do with it....people need to look at their actions and see that no one has done nothing to them personally and to base your opinion on other people based on what that individual has done to them personally and not to base their actions or opinions on someone's else's like or dislikes on a person...seems like Jr. high...as far as I'm concerned we all have a common goal and that is to enjoy the parties, enjoy the music, enjoy friendships, new and old, and enjoy the DISCO MOVEMENT!!!!! Just remember we did nothing and our conscience is clear....AMEN to that!!!!!

Hello Joe and Discowillie....

Since it is being posted here...I'll respond...the event as it unfolded.. I saw a post from Joe on BTD this morning right under the "Prayer for Sandra" posting. I responded to his post....I then added my own thoughts under my own name and post .....typing an example of what happened a few months ago with someone posting negative things and it was against KarenDD...then wondered why she no longer posts on BTD.....

It was an inappropriate post on my part....due to the fact that it was under a "Request for a Prayer for Sandra" I did not mention the name of the person who caused the problem a few months ago....I only mentioned one name and it was neither Blondie nor Eva.

Be that as it may.....Blondie became very upset and posted responses to me....I responded as best I could without any meanness. I then immediately posted an "Apology and respect to Back to Disco members and to Blondie/Eva." a truly and sincere apology

I hope this ends the subject....I try to stay out of bickerings, however I am only human...but mature enough to immediately apologize and put a period on the situation and move on....I hope that we can all learn from this and move on to our respective lives and continue to enjoy these Disco Sites for what they are.....a love of Disco, DJ's the atmosphere....memories...and life.....

joe, forgot to ask you are you gonna be at happy hour at QC's on friday????? Do you know who else sells disco/punk rock CD's????? just wondering.....my collection is getting old and I think I've heard them all about 1000 times.....thanks Joe for you help!!!!! Take care and God bless......

seems like it may be raining this weekend.....time to warm up near the fireplace and drink hot chocolate....hugs and kisses are part of our daily family thing.....just today all the kids came to me and huged me and kissed me....they said I looked down but that made me happy....plus I put a CD on and I Disco danced away!!!!!
